City Launches "Click Shenandoah" Citizen Request Management August 19

It’s easier than ever to report a concern to the City of Shenandoah.

The City of Shenandoah is about to make it even easier for you to contact us with your requests, questions, and concerns. On August 19,  we’ll launch “Click Shenandoah” a new system that will allow you to submit your requests online. And coming soon, Click Shenandoah will also be available to iPhone and Android smartphone users by downloading a free application. You’ll be able to enter a request by snapping a picture and sending it right from your mobile device.

If you prefer to make a request, comment, or question online, just click Report a Concern from our web site home page at https://www.shenandoahtx.us. The system features simple pull-down menus and is a breeze to use.

No matter which way you choose to contact us, you don’t have to know which employee or department is responsible for a specific service – the system ensures the right person is contacted.

Click Shenandoah will greatly improve the way the City handles your requests by:

  • Creating a unique tracking number for each request to easily track its status at any time
  • Automatically provides the status of your request and notifies you when the request has been completed.
  • Allows you to contact the City whenever it’s most convenient for you

We recognize that you may have questions about Click Shenandoah and we believe that once you use the system, you’ll see how intuitive and easy it is. In the meantime, just contact us at 281-298-5522 if you’d like to discuss Click Shenandoah.
