New Community Room Available for Rental

It’s here! Effective July 3, the new Community Room is available for rental. Located at the Municipal Complex, the 1000 sq. ft., multi-purpose room is available for rental to Shenandoah residents or a resident-sponsored group. The room is AV capable and ADA accessible and contains tables, chairs, in-room restroom and kitchenette with refrigerator, stove and oven. Maximum occupancy is 50 people.

The room is available for full-day rental. Cost is 75/full-day (8 am - 9 pm). All rentals will include a refundable $200 security deposit to cover incidents of damage or misuse. Deposits will be refunded following the return of the key and a physical inspection. Any damages or clean-up costs will be deducted from the security deposit.

All reservations must be made online; however, renters must pick up a key at City Hall during regular business hours; 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

For more information, please contact the City of Shenandoah at 281-298-5522.
