Are you ready to save some money when paying your monthly water bill? Check out the Utility Billing Customer Update credit and the ACH Payment Credit. You can get not only a one-time credit for updating your customer information, but you can get a monthly credit for paying by bank draft and receiving an e-bill.

There are three parts to this new process. The first is a one-time credit for updating your customer information through the city website.

Once you have completed your information update, you are eligible for a monthly credit for using an ACH bank draft, an automatic payment on your checking account, after receiving an e-bill or electronic bill.  This paperless option saves the city the additional cost of printed bills and postage. You receive your monthly statement quicker in your email and with links to the informational bill flyer of events.

The third part of this process allows users to view their water account online or to quick pay their monthly bill with a credit card.

  • Online Account Access Information: you may view your utility accounts and make credit card payments online at:
    • To register your credit card for the first time, you will need a valid email address, your account number with dashes, and the last payment amount made on the account.
    • If you have a new account last payment amount will be 0.00.
    • Once registered you may view and print your bill, check payment status, make a one-time payment, and set up recurring payments with a credit card
